The cause of all illness.
So out the window on this debunking of false and fearful beliefs train you see a vista that is the end of the fearful delusion that “viruses” exists and can make people ill. So what now ? Are we heading home or are we getting off the train into no mans land where the next corporate media spread thought , a fear inducing nothing will hold our mind captivated in resisting it or believe it.
Awareness is dreaming the dream of form.
I am a believer that the world is mind made an illusion . It is not Reality with a capital R. An outer manifestation of the inner state. You are Reality and you give reality to what is a mind made projection. If you don’t like the picture playing at the movies you dont attack the screen to change it as it is just a reflection of the film.
You are both the dream and the dreamer. Only you forgot who you are and so have given reality to what is not.
Lucid dreaming
“Unlearning is true learning in the world” The wrong teachings of the world must be undone. The world has conditioned humanity with many false beliefs and “ viruses” (and the germ theory) was an example of just one of them , the tiny tip of the iceberg.
“Modern medicine” is the antithesis to healing
As you know I am a firm believer in the cause of illness- the unhealed mind -so in the topic of illness the mind is the only thing in need of healing . In this upsidedown matrix world we have the modern role of the the unhealed healer played by a Dr . There is total inequality in the dr patient relationship and those drs supporting a delusional medical model believe that you are just a meat puppet( body) and their job is to prescribe magic /snake oil to cover up the symptoms of the body. To treat the effects without ever knowing the cause. It is a system based on ignorance . Which is why with total ego mind identification (* choosing fear) record numbers of people have chronic health (and mental) problems. Modern psychotherapists, whom are allegedly treating mental illness, generally( with exceptions as in drs) present the same barriers to healing. Most do not know who they are nor have they mastered their ego.
When illness is about the content of and state of your mind can you not be your own healer ? Or anyone that is right minded( having chosen love) with knowledge of who you are, heal ? We are all in every relationship either choosing love (seeing there are no “others” which has in it a healing role), or choosing fear (judging others as the world has taught us to, a process that ends in self condemnation) . We are all in every relationship both the therapist and the patient, the teacher and the pupil.
Psychotherapy for illness which is only in the mind.
Instead of Rockerfeller’s magic medicine for health the answer is Self knowledge . This is addressing the cause… the unwhole/unhealed mind . The wise old advice “ physician heal thyself” has been misunderstood and/ forgotten by physicians.
Psychotherapy is the only form of therapy there is. ²Since only the mind can be sick, only the mind can be healed. ³Only the mind is in need of healing. ⁴This does not appear to be the case, for the manifestations of this world seem real indeed.
The Process of Psychotherapy( ACIM)
Introduction
1. Psychotherapy is a process that changes the view of the self. ²At best this “new” self is a more beneficent self-concept, but psychotherapy can hardly be expected to establish reality. ³That is not its function. ⁴If it can make way for reality, it has achieved its ultimate success. ⁵Its whole function, in the end, is to help the patient deal with one fundamental error; the belief that (fear)anger brings him something he really wants, and that by justifying attack he is protecting himself. ⁶To whatever extent he comes to realize that this is an error, to that extent is he truly saved.
2. Patients do not enter the therapeutic relationship with this goal in mind. ²On the contrary, such concepts mean little to them, or they would not need help. ³Their aim is to be able to retain their self-concept exactly as it is, but without the suffering that it entails. ⁴Their whole equilibrium rests on the insane belief that this is possible. ⁵And because to the sane mind it is so clearly impossible, what they seek is magic. ⁶In illusions the impossible is easily accomplished, but only at the cost of making illusions true. ⁷The patient has already paid this price. ⁸Now he wants a “better” illusion.
3. At the beginning, then, the patient’s goal and the therapist’s are at variance. ²The therapist as well as the patient may cherish false self-concepts, but their respective perceptions of “improvement” still must differ. ³The patient hopes to learn how to get the changes he wants without changing his self-concept to any significant extent. ⁴He hopes, in fact, to stabilize it sufficiently to include within it the magical powers he seeks in psychotherapy. ⁵He wants to make the vulnerable invulnerable and the finite limitless. ⁶The self he sees is his god, and he seeks only to serve it better.
4. Regardless of how sincere the therapist himself may be, he must want to change the patient’s self-concept in some way that he believes is real. ²The task of therapy is one of reconciling these differences. ³Hopefully, both will learn to give up their original goals, for it is only in relationships that salvation can be found. ⁴At the beginning, it is inevitable that patients and therapists alike accept unrealistic goals not completely free of magical overtones. ⁵They are finally given up in the minds of both.ACIM
Could healing be this simple … could it be your natural state.
The ultimate psychotherapy, true healing, is discarding the false self, the past, all that you are not. Self forgiveness is implicit in being. You do not lose yourself when you arrive at the destination of the present moment without the ghost in the machine aka ego slave master . For when you know who you are timelessly in the NOW you also know yourself as sinless, you have “forgiven the world”.
Love has no limits.
Everyone you meet can be both your healer or your patient, no one you meet will be a coincidence. See them as they are( you) .
